Family Week at Ghost Ranch with Mimi Herman
The Geography of Your Life, An Intergenerational Experience July 1 to July 7, 2018
NOTE: Special family rates apply based upon the number of people in your family and the lodging type you prefer. When registering, please add family member names and ages in the notes section.
Spend a week at Ghost Ranch with your family, exploring your past and creating your future in activities for all ages. Secret room books and collage, journaling and mapmaking, poetry naps and improv, all of these will help you understand the journeys you’ve taken as individuals and as a family. Find intersections between important people, landmark events, and detours you’ve taken along the way—and begin inventing the future of your dreams. Travel backward and forward in time to discover who you are, where you’re going, and what really matters to you and your family as you immerse yourselves in a week of respite, refreshment and play in the arts.
Classes take place in the mornings and evenings freeing up the afternoons for horseback riding, hiking, napping, reading, archery, water adventures and other fun. The Fourth of July evening will feature the time-honored Ghost Ranch July 4th Parade, storytelling, pinatas and games, mariachi and dancing.
“I can’t wait to meet you and your family at Ghost Ranch! You’re going to have so much fun discovering new things about yourselves and your lives.”
