Contemporary Southwest Silver
Led by Bill Derrevere
This course is designed to develop skills related to making contemporary silver jewelry. We will introduce jewelry tools and how to use them. We will explain silver soldering and discuss the torch. Surface embellishment (stamping, hammer techniques and hand engraving) will be demonstrated. Looking forward to seeing your designs. I am excited to share the idea of Contemporary Southwest Jewelry! The Ranch has a fully equipped silversmith shop. The surrounding environment will add inspiration to your work.
