VIRTUAL: Remembering Heart Focus – Coming Home to Love

The earth has a pulse. Known as the Schumann Resonance, it is her heartbeat. This heartbeat is the rhythm by which nature dances through time and space. Coming home to the heart, to the natural beat of our Soul… and that which we love, allows us to move back into the nourishing flow of life. Like a symphony of life awakening in Spring, the flowers and trees bud, birds build nests in anticipation of new life and the rivers begin to thaw from winter cold. In this natural cycle, we witness the beauty and wellbeing of nature. And yet, we often forget that we are nature.

In this offering we will remember that wellbeing is our birthright and natural for us and all of life. From this premise, we will engage the tools of the heart… somatic practices, awareness, journaling and play to create alignment and coherence between head and heart, so that our thoughts, words and actions are in harmony. And, from this harmony, create more life we love.
