Drawing From Nature – G200925

Join award-winning artist Helen Byers to refine your drawing skills with a focus on nature! Plant or pollinator, feather, stone, or bone—the choice will be yours. An inspiring array of subjects will be provided. Through in-depth demonstrations, tips, and personalized instruction, participants will be guided in the delights and challenges of natural science drawing, from life and with the help of magnification and photo reference. Learn and practice illustration techniques on paper using graphite, colored pencil, and/or watercolor to achieve accurate proportions, tones, and textures. Some drawing experience helpful.
