Healing Through Art & Psychology with Pamela Hayes Malkoff – G26030402
In this interactive workshop, participants are invited to step into their own healing journey, using art as a pathway to uncover and work through fears, anxieties, and emotional blocks that may be holding them back from personal growth. By blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Art Therapy, Pamela Hayes Malkoff offers a structured yet creative framework for engaging with emotions, transforming negative self-talk, and reshaping the inner narrative into one of strength and compassion.
Through guided activities—including drawing, painting, collage, and writing—participants will discover new ways to express and process their feelings while building a healthier relationship with themselves. Under Pamela’s compassionate guidance, rooted in 35 years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist and board-certified Art Therapist, this process becomes both deeply personal and profoundly practical. Attendees will leave with not only a clearer understanding of themselves but also a toolkit of strategies to continue their healing journey long after the workshop.
Expect a rich experience filled with creative expression, meaningful discussion, motivational insights, perhaps a few tears, and—most importantly—moments of laughter, connection, and joy. This workshop is designed to be a powerful, science-based yet heart-centered step toward lasting growth and emotional freedom.
