All levels are welcome — from closet pickers to seasoned players — and the focus is on playing with others, growing your skills, and having fun. About the Leader
Finders-Youngberg Band
The Ghost Ranch Bluegrass Camp features a distinguished lineup of instructors, each bringing a wealth of experience and passion for bluegrass music:
Mike Finders: Serving as the camp director, Mike specializes in bluegrass guitar and vocals.
Matt Flinner: An accomplished mandolinist, Matt offers instruction in bluegrass mandolin, vocals, and ensemble playing.
Aaron Youngberg: Aaron teaches bluegrass banjo and ensemble playing, and also serves as the camp’s sound engineer.
Erin Youngberg: Specializing in bluegrass bass and harmonies, Erin is also recognized as the ‘keeper of the four agreements’ at the camp.
Ryan Drickey: Ryan provides instruction in bluegrass fiddle, vocals, and music theory.
Gregg Daigle: Gregg focuses on bluegrass guitar and ensemble playing, and serves as the camp coordinator.
Each instructor is dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging environment for musicians of all levels to enhance their skills and enjoy the rich tradition of bluegrass music.
