3 Week Painting Intensive
Led by Natasha Isenhour
This 3-week intensive painting session is designed to help you deepen both your intuitive and artistic practices while developing a stronger understanding of your unique voice. This is not your typical workshop, but rather a guided independent study. Over the three weeks, you’ll work closely with me through one-on-one instruction, group lectures, critiques, and focused studio time.
My goal is for you to expand your skills as a painter and 2-dimensional artist while pushing beyond your comfort zone and into a deeper understanding of the artist you are. Together, we’ll work to elevate and strengthen your unique voice. This workshop is for intermediate to professional artists who are interested in advancing their skill in their chosen 2-D medium.
We will deeply explore the materials, methods and techniques that will elevate your art to the next level Through demonstration, discussion and abundant studio time, you will be learning how to become the one-of-a-kind artist with my guidance to support you.
Each week will build upon the last and by the end of the 3-week session, you will have gained the skill and confidence to take your work forward!
Bring a dedicated notebook to take notes as you will be referencing them frequently in class and beyond. Please bring all your own surfaces and painting gear to this class. . Bring an open mind, an open heart and prepare to have a great time!
