Housekeepers
Duties include:
- Promote a positive guest and visitor experience;
- Clean, sweep, mop and dust all guest room accommodations, meeting rooms, public facilities, and administrative office spaces on a regular basis;
- Assist in the set-up of meeting room facilities for guest and staff use;
- Make beds and provide fresh towels/linens for guest accommodations;
- Communicate with other departments as to facility and accommodation readiness, and if any facility issues are present or repairs needed;
- Proactively work for the environmental sustainability of Ghost Ranch resources;
- Assist with the Ghost Ranch laundry duties;
- Maintain a safe, effective and orderly work environment;
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical activity is required for this position. Applicants must be able to perform housekeeping duties including, but not limited to, the moving of furniture and AV equipment, and the lifting of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
Applicants must be willing take a drug test if required. High school diploma is required with prior work experience in the hospitality industry preferred. Position is full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours per week; weekends or split-shift hours may apply as the needs of the business require.
Starting salary is $8.00/hr. Position requires a three-month probation period with a one-year term contract. Benefits are available after completion of a one-year term contract.
