Date

Nov 12 – 15 2026

Please note: This program is call-in only. Please call Pauline Davis @ 505-685-1019.

This weekend program offers a fresh approach to understanding and overcoming addiction. Together, we’ll create a framework for how addiction and recovery can be defined using insights from psychology, spirituality, and science. We’ll draw from a range of perspectives, including cognitive science, emotional intelligence, Buddhist psychology and philosophy, and the 12 Steps.

Mindfulness has become a transformative tool in addiction recovery. It provides a methodology to build self-awareness and emotional regulation. You’ll learn practices that give you tools for everyday life, helping you manage triggers and cravings, stay calm when things get tough, and prevent relapse. This approach provides a strong foundation for long-term recovery.

This weekend program is specifically crafted to provide a simple and comprehensive framework for understanding how mindfulness can be used to overcome addiction, embrace recovery, and create a meaningful life.

The program will include guided mindfulness practices, group dialogue, teaching sessions, Q&A, and more.

Anyone interested in the topic is invited to attend.
