Building A Writing Life at Midlife (and Beyond!) is all about making the commitment to write as the first and most important step in transforming your dream into reality. It’s never too late to find your voice. The class will focus on the craft and discipline of writing — the practice itself. Like any creative, athletic, or professional pursuit, consistent practice is how writers grow and strengthen skills. Participants will develop routines and strategies that will help build a writing life, whether in prose, poetry, or nonfiction, including journaling, writing prompts, and the value of daily writing habits.
