The Art of Ensoulment: A Playful Retreat for Body & Soul

As retreat leaders, Cynthia and Marla are thrilled to host this reflective, creative retreat surrounded by the beauty of Ghost Ranch. Using their new resource, The Art of Ensoulment: A Playbook on How to Create From Body and Soul, they will introduce you to a spiritual playground where four great arts inspire and support us to remember that the soul loves the body. Day by day, we will explore ways to

  1. Artfully Honor Our Spirit Team and Receive Support
  2. Courageously Invoke Our Creative Birthrights
  3. Divine The Poetry of Our Purpose
  4. Dance with Suffering and Bow to Limits

Daily sessions combine easeful activities from the InterPlay Practice to invoke our sacred imagination using the birthrights of movement, voice, storytelling, art-making, writing, and poetry. In addition, Marla and Cynthia will offer presentations with seasoned wisdom from their respective indigenous, Christian, artistic, and healing lineages. Come away with a new appreciation for the art and craft of prayerful, daily living and support to grow a sacred practice that embraces body and soul.
