Our Venues
The open space of Pot Hollow is perfect for the couple that wants to celebrate their special day outdoors, and who would like a highly customizable space.
With seven bedrooms, Casa del Sol is ideal for providing lodging for the wedding party or family and friends.
For convenience there is a small kitchenette, great for caterer’s food preparation. Often paired with ceremonies at the Labyrinth, whose trail entrance is nearby.
Great in the warmer months, this space has side doors that open up to give an indoor & outdoor feel, brick floor great for dancing and beautiful rustic beams.
Couples exchange their vows in the center of the Labyrinth with guests around them.
The space outside of the walls of the courtyard can also be used for Reception overflow and in the past has accommodated a marquee tent.
UPPER MESA RECEPTION
Located on the Upper Mesa, the Coyote and Tumbleweed lodging buildings boast a lovely outdoor area, perfect for receptions paired with the Upper Mesa Worship or any other ceremony location. Creative freedom is high, allowing you to create an elegant setting with long tables, a fun dance floor, or a casual-lounge feel with conversation style seating.
Reservation of all 10 rooms in Coyote or Tumbleweed is required to book the Upper Mesa Reception area.
UPPER MESA WORSHIP
A majestic outdoor setting for weddings up to 150 guests, is the Upper Mesa Worship amphitheater. The site looks out to Kitchen Mesa.
Coyote & Tumbleweed lodging are in close proximity of this site.

Helpful Information
- All new wedding bookings will require using Orange September as a wedding planner.
- If you desire 3 or more locations, bundle rates can be discussed.
- All other taxes and fees are included in these rates.
- Venue reservations are based on a two-night minimum.
- Although we do not require a minimum amount of lodging, weddings which include lodging will be given preference over those that do not.
LODGING RATES
- Private Bathroom $175/night
- Shared Bathroom $290/night
- Dorm Style $90/night
+$10 per person after first two people in any room.
DINING HALL MEALS
- Breakfast $12
- Lunch $14
- Dinner $16
Note: Youth ages 3-12 pay 50% of adult rates on meals.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS
Non-refundable 20% Deposit of reservation total is required to book the date, hold venue and guest lodging.
Payment Options/Schedule:
A. Pay for all expenses up front
B. Pay initial 20% deposit. Second payment of 30% is due 60 days prior to event and final 50% is due 30 days prior.
For Guest Lodging
You can submit a Rooming List to us with guests’ placement and then guests can call in to the Event Coordinator to pay for their Lodging Package (nightly rooms, meals, and Conservation Fee). These payments will be subtracted from your Master Account.
With all scenarios, remaining rooms that have not been booked by guests may be released up to 60 days* prior to event to avoid financial responsibility.
