Volunteers Still Needed

We Need Georgia O’Keeffe Landscape Tour Guides -Training Provided:
Do you love O’Keeffe history and being at Ghost Ranch. We need a few folks who would like to share O’Keeffe/Ghost Ranch history with others.  Duties entail attending training events to develop a body of knowledge of Ghost Ranch and Georgia O’Keeffe, committing to lead tours 2-3 days per month. Enjoy lunch (provided) with us in our Dining Hall on tour days and other amenities are provided. Contact  Phone:  505.685.1000, ext. 4120.

We also need the following for 2016:

Volunteer medical professionals for the weeks of *August 14-21 and October 2-9, 2016.

Greeter at the Welcome Center: this person welcomes guests, passes out ranch maps, explains the ranch and sells tickets to the O’Keeffe Landscape Tour.

Dining room assistant: Bake, make salads, prepare vegetarian meals and more. Kitchen experience is a plus.

Housekeeping: Do laundry, fold sheets and, if time, clean rooms.

Phones: Answer phones at the Welcome Center; make room/class reservations, as time permits

All positions are for 40 hours a week, with five consecutive work days and two days off. Volunteers live in free furnished housing at the ranch. Each volunteer has a private bedroom. Meals are provided in the dining hall. Minimum commitment is 30 days; these positions will run into early November. No pets are allowed.
