Sisterhood of the Second Half of Life – G200644

Workshop ID: G200644
Dates: June 21 - June 26
Price: $650.00 - $1,285.00

Together we hold power to heal the generational trauma that has coursed through our families and communities. We have grown strong in our years of sacrifice, nurturing, birthing and holding. We come from all cultures and backgrounds. Our hearts are heavy even as we see the joy of the circle of life unfolding. We long to step deeper into our own intentional healing, as this is key to living whole-heartedly and living our spiritually. We long to connect with others on their journey. This five-day course is for all women who want to step together on our ever- expanding path of healing, self-care, and spiritual renewal.

Together we will explore our stories of healing, the joys and challenges of nurturing our families as we heal together, the loving connections we cultivate in our communities and our determination to keep strong on our life’s path.

We know that being listened to deeply, inspired by our collective wisdom, renewed by spiritual connection, and empowered by physical activity, we will carry away from our time together an uplifting sense of purpose and energy. All sessions will be accessible to everyone. Any classes that include movement or yoga will be offered for those who would like to participate either in a chair or on a mat.
