Join us for a deeply transformative five-day retreat at Ghost Ranch. Our Dare to Lead™ – Values & Courage class is designed for anyone called to live and lead more authentically and courageously. Facilitated by Tasnim McCormick Benhalim, a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, this immersive experience gently guides participants through Brené Brown’s renowned Dare to Lead™ curriculum, exploring the 4 SKILL SETS of COURAGE: 1. Living Into Our Values 2. Rumbling with Vulnerability 3. BRAVING trust and 4. Learning to Rise.
Designed for ease and rejuvenation, participants will learn at a gentle, restorative pace, providing ample opportunities for rest, reflection, meaningful connection, and personal and professional growth. This workshop welcomes all who feel drawn to this courageous work, regardless of vocation or previous leadership experience.
In this workshop, participants will:
● Explore the role of vulnerability as the throughline to courage
● Explore and integrate personal core values into everyday actions and decision-making
● Engage with exclusive Dare to Lead™ videos and workbook content developed by Brené Brown
specifically for Dare to Lead™ programming,
● Grow self-awareness and confidence in applying the 4 Skill Sets of Courage
● Build emotional literacy with insights and practical tools for authentic, agile, effective behaviors
● Develop and practice Grounded Confidence — Rumble Skills + Curiosity + Practice
● Learn practical strategies for building trust, cultivating empathy, and fostering resilience both at
home and work.

Tasnim McCormick Benhalim brings 25+ years of experience as a speaker, facilitator, consultant, and coach. She is certified in Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead™ and Patrick Lencioni’s Working Genius™ programs and is a Certified Mediator through UT Austin’s Center for Public Policy and Dispute Resolution. Tasnim is the creator of Allies in Community®, a program that bridges differences and strengthens organizations and communities, through meaningful dialogue and purposeful engagement, fostering trust and a growing sense of belonging.
