OVERVIEW+

Whether you find the workshop you want by clicking on Stay for the Week or by searching in the Retreats and Workshops tab you will find your way to the “Register Now” button for your preferred workshop.

Before you register you will need to know:

1. how many rooms you need to reserve, most have a limit of 4 per room; 6 to 8 if you choose a two-room shared or family type;

2. and be prepared to split the total number of adults and children per room as you will be adding one room at a time. You will only be able to see room types that can accommodate the number of adults and children you have noted. Most sleep a maximum of 4.

When you click the “Register Now” button, you will be taken our new booking engine where you will be asked to first pick your lodging type, then you will be asked to tell us how many adults and children will be sharing the first room in the reservation, then lastly, adding one workshop per person or No Workshop -GHOST RANCH R&R360 for those who don’t want to be in a workshop.

*If someone is going to share your room or campsite but is registering separately, do not include them in the number of adults and children in this room reservation.

If you are sharing a room with someone who booked the room under a separate reservation, choose COMMUTER so that you will be included in the meal count but will not be duplicate charged.

NEW this year -please read! To help us best plan to order, prepare and staff for the appropriate number of people, we need accurate meal counts. Meals will be added per adult and child for every booking. $204 per adult, $102 per child – rates include dinner on evening of arrival through breakfast on departure date. If you need help with this, contact programs@ghostranch. Book your stay and an adjustment can be made to your folio as needed.

Six-night lodging rates:

CAMPING with or without electric and RV Camping – $40 per night; $240 per week

DORM Room – $80 per night; $480 per week

SHARED – Two rooms with Shared Bath $225 per night; $1350 per week

PRIVATE – One room with its own bathroom $145 per night; $870 per week

*COMMUTER or Sharing a Room with someone who has already booked the room – Choose this if you do not need lodging – you live nearby or are staying off ranch or are sharing a room that has been booked by someone else. $1 per night plus meals of $204 adults; $102 children.

ON THE BOOKING ENGINE PAGE

You will see that the number of adults and children defaults to 1 Adult. Prices for the room types available will include the base program room rates plus the meal package per person so you will need to adjust the number of adults and children per room.

$204 per adult, $102 per child – rates include dinner on evening of arrival through breakfast on departure date.

NEW: If you do not need a room, choose the COMMUTER1 lodging type. This fee reflects a booking fee and your required meal package. If you need assistance with this cost, please contact programs@ ghostranch.org

*If you are going to book two or more rooms, please be prepared with the number of adults and child to designate to each room.

If you are sharing a room with someone who has already booked lodging or camping – or you do not need lodging, please select the Commuter rate.

 

You will be prompted to add a workshop for everyone in your party. Choose No Workshop -GHOST RANCH R&R360 for those who don’t want to be in a workshop. 

Step 1:

Click in the box at the far left just under the photo and adjust the number of adults and children that you will be sharing a room with and choose “Apply” – be sure to include children’s ages.

The room rates will automatically adjust to add the appropriate meal package per adult and child.

 

Click the “Book Now” button for the type of lodging that you would like to reserve. At this time, you will be reserving a room type. At the end of the booking process, you will be able to add any room type requests. These will be honored on a space-available, first-come, first-served basis.

The lodging rate with meals will calculate and appear in the shopping cart to the right of the room rates as a total and will also reflect a nightly rate.

*If you are going to more than one room, select add a room here, then adjust the number of adults and children to designate to each additional room so that the meal packages will be correct.

Step 2: Once the room type(s) looks correct and the number of people in your party is correct, click the teal “Continue to Book” button. This will take you to the place where you can add the workshops for your group. We ask that you add one workshop per person.

Each workshop on the left column has a teal button “Add Details” – click on this button for the workshop(s) you will be adding to the reservation. As you click in to each workshop, there is a quantity adjustment button. The maximum number of the same workshop that can be added to any booking is four (4).

After you have selected all of the workshops for this order, select the “Continue Booking” button on the right column. This will take you to the payment page.

If you have added more than room, you can either apply the payment to all rooms by clicking on this option “Apply the above information to all rooms” before adding in the credit card information

NOTE: Your full reservation amount will be collected at the time of booking – your credit card will be charged within 72 hours.

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email that has a link to the follow-up questionnaire where you will be able to add the names of other guests and designate which person will be enrolled in each of the workshops chosen.
