January at Ghost Ranch A Cultural Experience

January Term 2018
A Cultural Immersion Experience
Wednesday, January 3, 2018, to Wednesday, January 24, 2018
If you’ve ever dreamed of experiencing wide-open spaces, starry night skies, purple mountains, sage green mesas, and red rock formations, we invite you to spend your January at Ghost Ranch! Take three weeks from your daily routine and immerse yourself in the art, science, and spirit of Northern New Mexico.

Open to college and non-college students of all ages, January Term is an apprenticeship and a cultural immersion experience. Some say it’s like leaving the country without a passport. Cultural lectures and field trips to Santa Fe and Bandelier National Monument, as well as Ghost Ranch tours and offerings, culminate in the ultimate New Mexico cultural experience, a trip to the San Ildefonso Pueblo Feast Day Dances.

All courses provide an intensive study of the subject you choose. Class sizes are small, usually 12 or fewer students per instructor, allowing for individualized instruction and easy student to faculty interaction.
