Kimberley Gabaldon

Kimberley Gabaldon (née Horan) is a member of Wasauksing First Nation, an island community located just outside of Parry Sound, Ontario, Canada. She is Anishinaabekwe (an Ojibway Woman) through her mother’s lineage and part of the Marten Clan. Kim grew up in Southern Ontario and moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico, in the fall of 2007.

She has been hand-building pottery ever since the fateful Saturday she wandered into a micaceous clay class taught by Clarence Cruz in the fall of 2008. Kim remains ever appreciative for all of the traditional building techniques she continues to learn from Clarence.

Kim and her husband live in a lovely house in Santa Fe with their two dogs and two cats.
