Cheryl Muceus

Cheryl Muceus, Director of Museums at Ghost Ranch, retired. I have a BA in Anthropology from California State University, Chico (1976) and MA in Anthropology from the University of Northern Colorado (1980). I excavated at Salmon Ruin, a Chacoan outlier in northwestern New Mexico, with several Cultural Resources contract companies in the oil fields of Montana, North Dakota and Wyoming and as a field archaeologist for the Carson and Santa Fe National Forests. I served 28 years with the museums at Ghost Ranch coordinating the Archaeology at Ghost Ranch seminars and leading Elderhostel classes.
