Prof. Alice Evans is a Presbyterian elder in an inner city congregation in Hartford and an adjunct faculty at Hartford Seminary. She served as a Senior Trainer for Empowering for Reconciliation and Peace, Indonesia and a Special Researcher for the University of Nanjing in China. She is a co-founder of Plowshares where she serves as Director of Writing and Research. She has researched and written numerous published case studies and co- authored casebooks on global issues. She is currently focusing on international curriculum development with special attention to the use of case studies in conflict transformation, documentation, and training. Her most recent co-authored books are Peace Skills for Community Mediators and The Leaders Guide for the Peace Skills.
