Fueling Heart and Mind in February

February Light

For some, February weather can often be dull and dreary fogging our minds and spirits. Under a blue New Mexico sky, it can be seen as a bright month, filled with opportunity to prepare for spring and new beginnings. To celebrate the Valentine’s holiday, Ghost Ranch is offering some new ways to “celebrate you” and to fuel parts of mind and spirit to beat the mid-winter blues.

How do play, nature, music, and making art influence you in ways that nothing else can?  A combination of science lecture, art and craft, guided meditation, outdoor play and a trip to the Deer Dance at the nearby Okhay Owinge Pueblo, will free your senses and allow you to feel and see what ‘I mean’, not just hear what ‘I say’. Your weekend promises a small but mighty transformation in how you understand Heart of the Brain® and yourself.

Friday, February 9 to Sunday, February 11
