EXPLORING NATURE THROUGH YOGA, COLOR & HAND CRAFTS February 14-17
Open your eyes to the natural world in a multi-sensory way. Hikes include walking and an hour-long yoga class to promote mindful registration of the colors surrounding you. Back at the ranch you will hand-stamp on fabrics to make prayer flags and learn to hand dye silks to represent the natural world you experience on your yoga walk. Monday morning includes a prayer flag flying ceremony and a kindness meditation talk..
HIKING THE HEART & SOUL OF GHOST RANCH February 14-17
Fall in love with the land of Ghost Ranch and explore areas off the beaten path. Hit the trail and walk into the stories of history, geology and archaeology that make this region of the northern New Mexico so unique. Enjoy informative stops along the trail as we share both the seen and unseen world in this truly enchanted place where hearts and souls have found their home!

SACRED RENEWAL YOGA RETREAT March 1-6
We will explore the therapeutic healing benefits of yoga with daily all levels classes that are both accessible and designed to be sustainable long after the retreat. Sessions may include some mantras for exploring your voice, movement to revive the body, meditation to quiet the mind, and restorative poses to cultivate stillness. Our evening sessions will vary and offer community discussions, some partner movement or postures, or quiet guided meditation.

SUN & FIRE: Immersion into Native Culture March 22-27
Pueblo people of New Mexico hold and protect sacred beliefs and practices that have guided them through life for centuries. Join Florence (old Laguna and Jemez Pueblos) and Salvador Yepa (Jemez Pueblo) for a cultural immersion into a way of being and knowing that comes from living in deep relationship to the land, oneself and those in community around you. Flo and Sal will share aspects of their traditional culture through clay work, culinary, song & drum, dance, stories and much more.
FEEDING THE INNER FIRE: Transformation Through Poetry and Pottery April 30-May 3
How do we nurture? What happens when we allow ourselves to be nurtured in return? Why is it important to replenish and fire up our creative selves? Poet Joan Logghe and Potter Camilla Trujillo want to help form the weft and warp of the tapestry that is you.
Joan will lead participants in a writing adventure that creates the primer for moving through to the place of nurturing Self. Camilla compliments the event by working with the student to create a pint-size clay story-pot that will hold small tokens that describe who we are, where we’ve been, and where we’re going.
FEMININE HEART: SPIRITUAL WRITING & CHANTING June 7-11
Inter-spiritual author and speaker Mirabai Starr and renowned “Kirtan Wali” (devotional singer) Nina Rao come together to lead an ecstatic immersion into the waters of sacred music and transformational writing in honor of the Divine Mother. We will explore the wisdom of women mystics across the spiritual landscape, respond to evocative writing prompts, sing simple call-and-response chants from the Hindu and Buddhist traditions, and share our reflections in both small groups and the full workshop community.
SISTERHOOD OF THE SECOND HALF OF LIFE June 21-26
Together we hold power to heal the generational trauma that has cursed through our families and communities. We have grown strong in our years of sacrifice, nurturing, birthing and holding. We come from all cultures and backgrounds. Our hearts are heavy even as we see the joy of the circle of life unfolding. We long to step deeper into our own intentional healing, as this is key to wholeheartedly living our spiritually. We long to connect with others on this journey. This retreat is for all women who want to step together on our ever-expanding path of healing, self-care, and spiritual renewal.
MINDFUL ART, YOGA & HIKING July 12-18
Stretch your body, mind and creative soul juices with mindful yoga, transformative art in the form of a personal mandala, and be inspired by the beauty of the landscape while hiking and meditating in nature at Ghost Ranch. The power of yoga and meditation especially in a sacred place as this, can facilitate a path to inner peace as can the process of art making. Participants will be guided in simple designs to sketch and and add color, to create a personal piece of art for their own meditation practice and to simply enjoy.
