Fees, Deposits, and Payments
The appropriate fee (full course or commuter) is listed below the course date, for example: $395*/$185**

*The first figure ($395) includes accommodations for each of your program nights; meals beginning with dinner on your first program evening through breakfast on the last program morning (one evening will be a free evening for you to enjoy one of Santa Fe’s many restaurants on your own); course tuition; and most materials and entrance fees/tickets.

**The second figure ($185) is for those not needing overnight accommodations and includes course tuition, lunch only each program day, and most materials and entrance fees/tickets. Space is limited. A commuter cost of N/A is noted for those courses in which the participant’s experience is enhanced by immersion in the Ghost Ranch Santa Fe community.

Program Check-in

Most programs will begin with check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., dinner at 5:45 p.m., followed by a 7:00 p.m. evening session on the first program date listed. The last date listed is usually reserved as a travel day, although some faculty may have a brief session after breakfast. We recommend that you plan to travel after 12 noon. Any exceptions to the rule will be mailed with your confirmation packet.

Registration
Your early registration will help us ensure that the program you have chosen will be a success, plus save $100 when you register for summer courses before May 15 and fall courses as listed, before August 15, 2010. Please fax or mail your registration form, using one registration form per person, per course, and include full payment for your course fee. If you are unable to pay in full, please call Sue Rundstrom to make other arrangements. Payment may be made by check, Visa or MasterCard. Your canceled check or your credit card statement will be your receipt.

Single Room Requests
Single room requests are filled on a space available basis only and will be billed an additional $50 per program night. Please do not pay your single room supplement until check-in.

Cancellation Policy — Except Opera
Written notification must be received no later than 30 days prior to the start date of your program in order to receive a full refund*, less a $50 processing charge*. No refunds will be processed after that time. We reserve the right to cancel any program 30 days prior to the first day of the program.
