Ghost Ranch in Santa Fe is easily accessible by air, train, bus, or car. The Albuquerque International Airport is approximately 70 miles south of Santa Fe. From the Albuquerque Airport, rental cars and shuttle services are available. Arrival time is after 2 p.m. the day your seminar begins. Plan to leave your room by 10 a.m. the day your seminar ends unless you have made other arrangements with the Conference Services Manager.

Ghost Ranch is located 65 miles northwest of Santa Fe (forty miles beyond Española) on U.S. 84.

The nearest major airport is in Albuquerque, 130 miles south of Ghost Ranch. There are several car rental agencies located at the airport. Commercial shuttle service to Ghost Ranch may be available. Inquire at the Airport.

Registration and Housing/Meals Fees
Must accompany the registration form unless other arrangements are made with the registrar. Registration fees are refundable (less a $50 processing fee) up to 30 days before the event begins. We accept personal checks, travelers checks, MasterCard or Visa, and cash. Housing and meal charges are for the announced period of the event for which you register. No allowance is made for missed meals or voluntary early departure. Single rooms cannot be guaranteed during peak weeks. There is a $60 per night additional charge, if single rooms are available.

Changes and Cancellations

Changes in announced leadership and cancellation due to small enrollment sometimes happens. Registrants will be informed of such changes if there is time to do so. In these circumstances, registration will be fully refunded if desired, or transferred to another event.

Everyone coming to Ghost Ranch must be registered in advance. This includes leaders, persons coming for R&R or study leave, family members or friends accompanying those enrolling for a seminar, and anyone using the campground. Children must be registered on the separate Youth Registration Form. Check your confirmation for accuracy. Call the registrar at 505.685.4333, ext. 152, if you find errors.
