Course Cancellation Policy — Except Opera Courses*
Written notification must be received no later than 30 days prior to the start date of your program in order to receive a full refund*, less a $50 processing charge. No refunds will be processed after that time. We reserve the right to cancel any program 30 days prior to the first day of the program. In that unlikely event, we will fully refund the course deposit.

Opera Course Cancellation Policy:  No refund of the deposit will be processed for any reason after June 1, 2007, unless the cancelled space is actually filled by another participant, in which case a refund of the payment, minus a $100 fee, will be made.
