Is Service Corps for you? Summer only. Registration fee includes Service Corps T-shirt. Participants pay one-half the housing-and-meals fee which includes meals. Campers pay one-half the tent/trailer fee and get one free meal in the dining hall per day. Coordinators: Bill and Carol Mackey.

More information and a skill/interest indicator will be sent upon registration.

In summer months Service Corps participants provide service to the Ghost Ranch in Abiquiu, forming friendships and bonds through their service — those receptive to the “magic” of this place. Work consists of light maintenance and construction, help with needs in food service, housekeeping, library, museums, and in various offices. On occasion, there are off-Ranch community service requests.

Work approximately five hours per day and keep your own time record. Meet four afternoons each week at 4:45 p.m. to get work assignments for the next day and to hear reports on “how the day has gone.” Register for Service Corps as you would a seminar. See seminar page for dates.
