One Family
Rivers walkin’, people talkin’, children play throughout the day.
All around us mountains sound us,
We – together – One Family.

Families come in many different shapes and sizes and all are celebrated under the clear blue skies of Ghost Ranch. Ghost Ranch is a family – a family of friends, a family of artists, a family of faith. What better place to spend time with those you love and explore new things together! Family Week will have music, arts, crafts, good discussions, play time, camp fires, movies (with popcorn), swimming, hiking, laughing, playing and praying together.
Morning Classes Morning classes will meet for five days from 9 a.m. until noon. As you are registering for Family Week please be sure to sign up for a morning class (listed below). We invite adults to choose one of the morning classes.
Teens are welcome to register for one of the morning classes, or they may opt to participate in the Youth Activities Program. Children 12 years old and younger must either enroll in one of the morning classes with an adult, or enroll in the Youth Activities Program for each morning.
Afternoon Classes The afternoons will offer short versions of the morning classes, as well as some other activities, for all of us to sample. When you arrive at Ghost Ranch, the on-campus check-in process (packet pick-up, orienting to housing, etc.) will include an opportunity for you and your family to sign up for 2 afternoon courses (each of which will last 2 days). We ask that you come prepared to register for a variety of afternoon classes as they will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis when folks arrive at the Ranch. We ask that you sign up for courses that are not a repeat of the morning course for which you are already registered. Registration for Family Week afternoon classes will be Monday, 2:00pm – 5:30pm on the front porch of the Main Office with Jodi Wert. If you miss this registration window, there will be another chance to sign up for afternoon classes immediately following the Monday evening all-campus orientation.
Evening Activities Evenings will be special times for the whole family: story telling, campfires with ghost tales and singing, a concert, a movie night, celebrations, and many more. Your Hosts for the Week: Jodi, Brandon, Jakelynn, and Lucia Wert from Tucson, Arizona. The Werts invite your family to join theirs for this special week.
