Summer greetings from Ghost Ranch Library. It is a busy time for us as we are holding our annual summer book sale each Saturday, doing the annual inventory, and continuing to add new books. The Library has a very fine College Staff worker and we have also had several Service Corps people to help with our busy summer.

Thanks to those of you who have donated books to the library this past year. We added many to our collection and are able to raise funds by putting those we could not use in the book sale. Three women from Shades Valley Presbyterian Church in Birmingham, AL flew out for classes and each carried an extra suitcase loaded with 15 pounds of books. Most were exceptional children’s books, with a few adult paperbacks. Two retired pastors and one retired church professional have also donated good-sized collections which have greatly added to the quality of our Religion Collection.

Remember to bring your used books when you visit the ranch. We can always add them to our Paperback Book Exchange or the Book Sale if they are not needed in our circulating collection.
