What if the story of your life is the prayer you are meant to live? How does your own story interface with the story unfolding on our planet? In this workshop we will create a sacred space in which to explore these questions through writing. This time at Casa del Sol is designed as an inner journey that will nourish the spiritual life, and foster a deeper connection to the high desert.

Debora Seidman, Shutesbury, MA Deborah has taught and led writing workshops for over a decade in Western Massachusetts, and led her first one at Casa del Sol in 2007.  She has worked primarily with adults in community settings, including work with underserved populations.  She has developed a body centered process called Writing the Body Home. Writing the Prayer of Your Life is a further development of that process which focuses more explicitly on  spiritual journeys. For more info, see www.writingtheprayer.com.
